General conditions for enrolment and participation in courses open to the public V.2.0.

  1. These conditions apply to courses open to the public. They do not apply to courses run within a company. The French text is the reference should there be any divergence of interpretation.
  2. To enrol in a course, the participant must make a down payment of at least 30% of the price of the training and this must be credited to The Talent Spirit bank account at least 30 days prior to the start of the training[Elizabeth Auzan] in order to validate their enriolment . If enrolment occurs less than 30 days before the start of the training the full amount is due at the moment of enrolment.
  3. The remainder of the price must be credited to The Talent Spirit bank account 30 days before the start of the training at the latest. If the remainder is not received within this time limit, The Talent Spirit reserves the right to cancel the enrolment and will retain the the totality of any sum of money already received .
  4. No sum will be refunded to enrolled participants who do not take part in the training if they have not cancelled their enrolment at least 30 days prior to the start of the courseand they remain liable for the payment of the whole cost of the training.
  5. Trainings may be cancelled at any time by The Talent Spirit. Particpants will be notified in writing. The Talent Spirit is not liable for any expenses or damages incurred by the cancellation or rescheduling of a training. The Talent Spirit's responsibility is limited to the sole refunding of training days non-delivered.
  6. No sum will be refunded to a participant who quits training while it is being run. In the case of absence or quitting due to circumstances beyond their control, participants will be able to take up or pursue their training in another cycle at no extra cost insofar as there is a place available. Such a request must be justifiable and made within the 10 days following the absence.
  7. Each participant commits to total confidentiality as to what may transpire during the training as well as to the identity of the other participants.
  8. The Talent Spirit trainers reserve the right to exclude without notice any participant who does not respect the dignity and/or integrity of the other participants: The excluded participant will be duly informed of the motives. He/she has no right to a refund for the training days he/she has not attended.
  9. For the rest, Swiss law is applicable.
  10. The courts of the Canton of Geneva solely are competent to deal with any claims arising from the present general conditions.
