Kate LINDLEY SCHEIDEGGER, Managing Partner and co-founder of the Talent Spirit, started her career as training manager with Hilton International hotels, after graduating from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
She joined the high-tech industry in Learning & Development in 1987 where she worked with the corporate team in implementing competency methodologies for assessment and selection, as well delivering a wide range of training programs, and researching excellence in classroom delivery.
Since 1994, Kate has worked with a wide range of clients in different industries designing, delivering and rolling-out training programs, HR practices, and change management programs. Her areas of expertise today focus on talent management and cross-cultural communication. Her role in the Talent Spirit is to partner with clients and the team to ensure the quality of design and delivery of the programs.
Kate holds a Bachelor (Honours) and a MSc in psychology. She is a certified NLP coach, and holds a Swiss federal diploma in in-company training. A British and Swiss national, Kate works in English, French and Swiss-German. |
