A workshop for People Managers

This one-day workshop was designed together with Karin Priarollo, Head of HR, NCH Nyon, to sharpen Line Managers' skills in people management and development. In a fast-paced, interactive workshop the participants work through 6 real-life case studies, reflect and exchange their experience with their peers and HR experts to address the issues and define best practice.

The Talent Spirit organized events for the Marketing and Communications department and to the Technical and IT departments, using “Future Search” and “Appreciative Inquiry” techniques that have helped build team confidence and cohesion when fundamental management and cultural changes were introduced within the IEC.
