These stress management techniques, taken from the latest research and tested for their effectiveness, will help you to reduce the negative effects of stress, and allow you to experience more energy, improved mental clarity, better emotional control - and to be better equipped to face challenging situations. Goals: • to better manage your emotions and perceptions • to remain calm and perform well in high pressure situations • to develop your own stress management strategies • to test your Heart Coherence and practise simple, efficient techniques • and, last but not least, to be well-prepared for difficult situations Following the workshop, each participant will have an individual 1-hour coaching session to validate his/her personal stress management strategy and get personal feedback.
