Why, Who and What ?

Setting objectives is part of performance management and is no easy skill. The focus here is on clarifying expectations of job performance, defining measures of performance, and setting SMARTER objectives. Interviewing skills is held on the second day of the course, and follows on from defining job expectations and performance, to clarifying selection criteria. This course is for all newly promoted supervisors, team leaders and people managers, and is the second of three 2-day sessions that introduce people management processes.
