Why, Who and What ?

 
 

Doing a performance appraisal that takes into account the overall performance of your direct reports and the yearly objective setting is no small feat. The courses focuses on this aspect on the first day. On the second day, we focus on managing conflict between ourselves and others, and between other people. This course is for all newly promoted supervisors, team leaders and people managers, and is the thrid of three 2-day sessions that introduce people management processes.
